CAMBODIA

Kamboja adalah sebuah negara berbentuk monarki konstitusional di Asia Tenggara. Kamboja mempunyai area seluas 181.035 km2. Berbatasan dengan Thailand di barat dan utara, Laos di timurlaut dan Vietnam di timur dan tenggara. Bahasa resmi Kamboja adalah bahasa Khmer dalam rumpun bahasa Austro-Asiatik dan diucapkan sekitar 8 juta orang di Kamboja, Vietnam, Laos, Thailand, Tiongkok, Prancis dan Amerika Serikat. Budaya di Kamboja sangatlah dipengaruhi oleh agama Buddha Theravada. Diantaranya dengan dibangunnya Angkor Wat adalah sebuah bangunan candi di negara Kamboja yang mana merupakan salah satu bangunan keagamaan terbesar di dunia. Perayaan di Negara Kamboja Hari Peringatan Nasional Kamboja “Chol Chnam Themy, Royal Ploughing Ceremony atau festival keagamaan yang menandai dimulainya musim menanam padi di Kamboja di bulan April dan Meak Bochea merupakan festival dengan tujuan untuk merayakan kunjungan 1.250 biksu yang memberikan penghormatan kepada Sang Buddha. Budaya menjual dan mengkonsumsi makanan ektrim di kamboja sudah biasa, seperti tarantula, ular, kecoa goreng dan berbagai olahan hewan reptil lain. Di Kamboja kendaraan “Tuk-Tuk” sangatlah unik hampir seperti bajaj yang ditarik oleh kendaraan motor di depannya yang biasanya sebagai transportasi di Kamboja dan juga Thailand.

Hewan dan Tanaman yang Langka dan Punah di Kamboja:

  1. Kouprey, terakhir terlihat pada tahun 1886 seperti kerbau yang unik di tanduknya ada tumbuh rambut
  2. Giant ibis
  3. Royal turtle (Khusu untuk raja) badanya hitam dan mempunyai 4 jari di kakinya + matanya berwarna kuning
  4. Ikan mekong mempunyai panjangnya 3 meter dan termasuk hewan yang dilindungi
  5. Sugar Palm sejenis kelapa dan sangat berguna semua bagiannya.
  6. Bunga Rumdul
  7. Pisang (agak panjang dan bulat)

Hal yang boleh dan dilarang jika di Kamboja ;

Membuka topi/penutup kepala dan sandal jika hendak masuk rumah, meminta dahulu sebelum memotret,Dilarang menyentuh munk (patung budha), Dilarang teriak di tempat/jalan umum, Jangan menunjuk pakai kaki dan jangan bicara berbau sex/berhubungan (seperti menstruasi).

Rare and Extinct Animals and Plants in Cambodia:

  1. Kouprey, last seen in 1886 like a unique buffalo on its horns there is hair growth
  2. Giant ibis
  3. The royal turtle (especially for kings) is black and has 4 fingers on its feet + yellow eyes
  4. Mekong fish have a length of 3 meters and are protected animals
  5. Sugar Palm is a kind of coconut and is very useful in all parts.
  6. Rumdul flowers
  7. Banana (rather long and round)

What is allowed and prohibited in Cambodia;

Take off your hat / head cover and sandals if you want to enter the house, ask before taking pictures, Do not touch the munk (Buddha statue), Do not shout in public places / streets, Do not point with your feet and do not talk about sex/ intercourse (such as menstruation).
